Even on requesting for fresh 30pc of Chicken nuggets they gave me dry nuggets seems like they’re sitting there for a while very disappointed if a guest ask for some special requests please make sure you take care of it restaurant was not even busy spent $40 all together to have nuggets that doesn’t meet standards.

Fries, half were old and soggy. Throw out the old one to start and don't mix them.
Another one is why do you make everyone pull up to a pick up spot when there is no one behind me?!
Clearly it's to keep your average times down, but all it does it makes redundant work for nothing, making someone bring the food outside in the cold. You bring several orders out at a time, so lets hope your order what the last one made. You even made a guy with a trailler move when there no one behind.
For employees it may be nice for average times and KPI's, but it not a good customer experience, seems like you could not get us to pull out of your window quick enough.
I used to be in this industry, you can only accomplish so much in X amount of time. So why take more order more quickly than can be made.... This will only piss off the cooks, the team will fall behind and mistakes will be made. Especially when you clear the board right away when we get told to move.
There may be a case where or when it's actually busy, but we are in Hearst in Northern Ontario, not that busy on a Monday night.
