  Decided to try again and fried rice had no taste and not mix properly had few chunck of white rice stuck together wouldn't suggest staff was also rude for no reason

  I had a very disappointing experience at Thai Express. We ordered chicken fried rice and the Trio of General Tao. While waiting, I went to the counter to get an empty glass. The staff member at the counter was busy helping another customer, so I took a glass myself from near the dispenser. At that point, one of the kitchen staff approached me and, in a rude and harsh tone, told me not to take it myself and that I should ask next time. I explained that the staff were busy, which is why I took it, but the way he spoke was unnecessarily aggressive. The food quality made things worse. The chicken fried rice had no taste, and the General Tao was very poorly prepared compared to other locations. Because of the staff member’s attitude and the poor food, I went back to him—not to complain—but to explain that he should speak more politely to customers. At that point, I did raise my voice to make it clear that customers can also respond in the same tone if treated that way. Instead of understanding, he continued arguing until other staff stepped in. The other employees handled things more calmly, but the experience was already ruined. Overall, this was my first visit to this location, and it was a very bad experience. Poor customer service and below-average food made it a complete waste.

  I drove 40 minutes to arrive at 8:45, only to be told it was closed. After speaking with her, she said there was nothing she could do.
