I was ordering on the giant screen and kid you not, I blinked, turned around, I see my food ready to be eaten! It feels good for once to get proper service in a McDonald’s.

There is always something wrong when you get something doesn't matter if it's at the drive or an inside pick up. I have pick up for people sandwiches.. Bread burned , wrong order all the time. Customer service is only in english!! Which Hawkesbury is french 90% eastern ontario is french you have a hard time getting someone to speak french to you!! When you get in that restaurant its like a jungle everyone everywhere.. There is no recognizable faces it's all people from the Phillipines who speaks only english barely speaks english.. They are great thought but that Mc Donald location lacks consistency !! They should be consistent with their customers very important to have a succesful restaurant !!
