On Jan 21st I placed an online pickup order (paid online) and watched my food and drinks be handed to a woman at the counter with no name, no order number, and no proof of payment being checked. She was later confirmed to be an Uber driver who was given my order by mistake. The Uber customer was told to bring the food back, which is how the error was discovered. She mentioned that her Uber order was given out in open, unsealed bags, which is concerning, who’s to say the driver doesn’t eat some of the food? I waited nearly 50 minutes for two burgers and two fries, and during that entire time no one apologized — not once. Instead, a kitchen employee argued with me and said it wasn’t their fault, even though the mix-up was caused by their pickup process. Mistakes happen, but this location appears disorganized and lacks basic order verification and customer care. I hope they improve their systems going forward. I will not be returning.
