  First: the lady chomping her gum was gross. Second: waiting 20 minutes to order and 30 minutes to get a 4 piece meal and poutines. We wanted a different order but they said it was a 7 minute wait didn’t want to hold up the line but had to wait 30 minutes for gravy and chicken when the gravy was cold anyway.

  Hi KFC Canada, I'm writing to complain about a very disappointing takeout order from your Hanover, Ontario location. I paid $17.89 before tax and the quality and quantity of the food was completely unacceptable. The fries were clearly not fresh — pale, limp, and cold. The chicken was so overloaded with sauce it was completely soggy and unenjoyable. On top of that, the portion sizes were far too small for the price paid. For nearly $18 before tax, I expected a decent meal and received something I genuinely could not enjoy eating. I have photos of the order which I'm happy to share. I'd like a refund or replacement, and I think the Hanover location needs to be reviewed for both quality and portion standards. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

  I was there Thursday February 26th,2026. I ordered a twister wrap the worst ever no lettuce, or tomato& over loaded the dressing.No i never ordered the spicy thats whta I got. I will not return. I miss the old manager Micheal The new manager needs ro be more polite he is arrogant also needs to better train cashier. She couldn't even do change without acalculator. See photos. Definitely not a 5 star at all
