This is my 2nd time experiencing, a girl with super attitude working there (same girl both the time) who doesn't have any understanding of greeting customers or talking in a mannered way. It was more than one hour before closing and she doesnt have things available to sell?? I mean it was just a patty which she has frozen in the back and have to just warm it up a little bit. And also shows attitude like i am asking for a free meal. This was my second experience. First was even worst, she declined to serve me food before 35 minutes of closing time and stated that restaurant is closed. The owner should train staff how to behave with customer and also if you dont wanna sell than shut it down.

All tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, the fountain pop machine and counter surrounding it were gross also. Not sure what has happened here in the last 2 years but it's definitely gone down hill.

Her customer service is awesome greeting with a smile and communicate with the people is really a good point. I must say she is awesome. Thank you so much.
