Today, when I saw their ice cream machine, I was horrified to see the inside of the machine it was so nasty coz someone is pouring milk on it. This is a serious food safety issue that makes everyone sick. This business should be closed.

I received my drinks and reminded the worker I only needed the cones. He "ok" it and walked off to make more drink orders. I waited another 2 minutes before another worker came by to drop off another food order. I told her I hadn't received my ice cream, so she "ok" me and walked off. I waited another 2 minutes and told the first guy I still hadn't received my ice cream. He quickly and sloppily made me 2 small melting cones. I left and drove off but didn’t check my tea. I opened the sipping part of the lid and saw that the entire tea bag had blown up in the cup because the guy (who made the small and sloppy cones) was in such a hurry he ripped open the tea bag. I understand that during supper it is busy but it doesn't mean you have the right to serve food like pig slop to paying customers. I was very disappointed at the service.
