The meat on the burger wasn’t even warm. It sat in the warming bin forever- I am assuming so I went to the drive-through told them what happened asked for a fresh one. They had one ready for me at the window when I arrived, and it was the exact same so I returned it. My third one was so Charred that it was a in edible I gave up at this point you could see where they tossed it on the grill and over cooked it not acceptable do better Harvey’s.

The couple with us had ordered onion rings but got fries so I told one of the men that and soon they each had their order. The place was clean and service was good. We will be back.
