  Worst service I ordered food didn’t get what I ordered and the food I got was not what I expected had nothing but thrown together food in a wrap . I got a chipotle wrap chicken and had nothing but three small pieces of chicken and a wrap soaked in chipotle it was so bad I couldn’t eat it . Not recommend I keep trying this place cause close to home but not worth the money

  I placed my order online ahead of time after ALREADY experiencing issues with the app, all to come here and have to wait anyways because my order was given to someone else. No remorse from the workers, no extra items to apologize, nothing. Atrocious location, management should be ashamed

  The food is absolutely bomb. Staff was also really nice and kind, even helped me how to write a review 😂. BUT THIS PlACE IS Awesome 👍

  I have to say I’m very disappointed with my experience tonight at this location, I had ordered a number 3 combo with an additional 2 tacos, the order took 15 minutes inside and the drive through was not busy as the snow was horrible, where it’s supposed to be “fast food”. On top of waiting for a bit inside, my nacho supreme had enough meat to sit on a single chip. As I was nicely asking why I had so little, a girl with glasses had come and said very rudely “we give small scoops”. After I received the meat I wanted to order another taco but instead of asking if that was everything they went to talking with eachother and I waited there for 2 minutes looking at them before they asked if I needed something else, again the girl in the glasses was laughing and smiling before walking in the back. When I order two soft tacos, it was very quick so I do appreciate that! But I opened my soft taco and there is legit a sprinkle of cheese on both. So I called the restaurant as I’m fed up over having to ask why I’m getting such little portions. And as I’m telling them my experience and how I was not happy with how they dealt with things, the manager “I assume the girl in the glasses” stops talking when I ask if anybody’s there and blocks my number. I know that as I try to call back on my partners phone and I got an answer but nobody even had the decency to say hello. This is THE WORST experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell, the girl in the glasses and manager are very rude and do not know how to deal with criticism clearly. Why is a manager acting that way to a customer. I think it was very unprofessional and I will no longer be returning to the rymal location. Which I do go atleast once a week and I usually have a great experience but today was just a disappointing experience overall. I do not understand why it’s so hard to do something properly, if everything was made properly no complaints or going back in. But the employees get upset with me because I’m not satisfied with my order. I wouldn’t care but when you spend 40 dollars at Taco Bell, and more than two things are wrong. I would like it fixed respectfully. I will be calling corporation in the morning as I work in the restaurant and everything I experienced tonight in regards of dealing with customers, not okay at ALL!

  i have gotten food from here a few times and it was fine but today i got a beefy five layer burrito and immediately after taking a few bites i started feeling sick. i tried to finish eating it but the more i ate the more i started to feel sick. after leaving the restaurant and arriving home about 5-7 minutes or so i had to throw up and felt sick the entire day after which is really unfortunate because today was my birthday so it kinda ruined the whole day for me:/
