  I visited this Subway location today for lunch and had a really great experience. The restaurant was clean, the environment was friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious. I ordered four 12” subs and one 6”, and even though it took a bit of time to prepare everything, the staff handled it patiently and professionally. While I was there, I noticed some customers trying to create unnecessary problems for the employee who was serving them. Even after leaving the store, they called back with complaints that didn’t seem genuine. Despite this, the staff—especially the lady preparing the sandwiches—remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the situation. I want to give credit to the employee for her excellent service and kindness. She handled everything with grace, and I truly appreciate the hard work she put into serving everyone. Great job to the team at this Subway!

  My friend ordered a foot-long sub from this place, and there was a big piece of hair in it. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. I didn’t want anything from the store—I called just to let them know about the issue—but instead of apologizing, they started assuming I was lying to get a free sandwich. It was supposed to be my lunch at work, and now I have to starve until I'm done. This is ridiculous. I’m not going to order from this store again. Very bad experience.

  I just ordered a footlong sub, when I came back home and began eating, it was nice till I found out a woman hair in it. I am deeply disappointed with this store owner/worker (a woman was serving). I called them to tell them about this before putting a review, she very rudely hang up on me saying, “bring the sub along with the hair that went in your mouth and I will see”. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to buy their meals from here. That woman needs to learn the way of speaking. ZERO customer service. I am not going to this place again.

  Worst time ever... First time here and not impressed whatsoever Ordered a chopped salad and they had nothing to chop it with So the employee was just going to put everything unchopped in a bowl and looked at me disgusted when I asked for the 3rd time to please chop it Last time here Next time I'll shop somewhere else definitely....
