I had the worst experience ever at Wingstop. I placed a pickup order early and was told it would be ready in 10–15 minutes. I showed up on time and ended up waiting a full hour for my food.
What made it even worse is that my friends ordered after me and got their food before I did. I was literally standing there watching everyone else get served while my order was completely ignored.
Every time I asked, they kept saying “it’s coming,” but then would go right back to serving other people who came in after me. It made no sense and was beyond frustrating.
There was zero communication, no explanation, and they didn’t even apologize. Waiting triple the estimated time while being repeatedly brushed off is completely unacceptable.
This place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
Edit: Updating my review after getting my food — I also found a blonde hair in it. This just made the whole experience even worse and honestly disgusting. Waiting an hour just to receive food like that is completely unacceptable. Really disappointed.

I came here for lunch and I had a fantastic experience. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders and they were delicious. The worker who cashed and served me, amiliya, provided excellent customer service. She recommended and raved about the spicy Korean q flavour, which did not disappoint. After I was seated and had my meal, she kept asking if I needed anything and even provided me a to go box. Over all excellent service!

Today, April 5th I ordered 2 orders of 10 wings (2 flavors), for a total of 20 pieces. When I received my order, there were only 8 pieces in the box. I went back to the counter to explain the mistake, and they gave me more wings, but the total then was only 13 pieces.
I had to complain again, and they finally brought the total to 18 pieces, but I eventually gave up asking for the full 20 pieces that I actually paid for.
Another issue was that the wings they brought after my first complaint were boneless, even though I clearly ordered bone-in wings. I only noticed this when I started eating, and they tasted more like chicken nuggets than real wings.
I honestly don’t understand why it was so difficult to simply follow what was written on the order receipt. I really like chicken wings, but unfortunately these were very disappointing.
Great boneless wings, they were really big too. I like how u can get different flavours with one order as well. Got the 8 piece boneless wings with honey garlic but I was not really fan of the sauce as it tasted more like plum sauce to me, not sticky or garlicky enough but it was still really good. For the combo that came with Parmesan seasoned fries and a coke. We also got the 10 pc boneless wings with hickory smoked BBQ and mild which were both really good. We also signed up for the newsletter online and got a free 5pc wings for free
so disappointed. walked in, and sat at the cashier for 10 minutes before anybody cared to come over and take our order. while waiting for someone to come take our order, i watched 3 employees (one was the girl who was supposed to be taking orders) handle a single 2oz ranch spill……since when did a tiny nothing of a mess need 3 people to clean it? after finally getting MY order in, i told the girl my boyfriend was also getting something and she just bluntly ignored me and told me to tap my card and walked away from the cashier. After abt 20 minutes we finally got our order in. there was maybe 5 other people in the resturant (all already with food) and it still took 25+ minutes to receive our 2 chicken tender meals. i asked and paid for extra ranch, never got it and sadly didn’t notice till i got all the way home. we got there at 11:52 and didn’t leave with our food until shortly after 12:30. not to mention i asked for well done fingers, and sauce on the side and did not get that. beyond ridiculous. would have been faster and better for me to drive to the oakville location. will not be returning.
