  Our server Keri knew how to take care of our family of 5 with prompt extra napkins, extra side plate, placing drinks and hot items away from little hands and ready to take our order. Our hostess also picked a perfect table with lots of room for our car seat and high chair. We will come back for sure.

  I have been dining at this location for years and enjoyed many a delicious meal there (currently loving the chicken and garlic shrimp). All staff are very friendly and courteous: I particularly enjoy being seated in Maria’s section where she serves with efficiency, great humour and makes me feel right at home. I can’t say enough about my most favourite dessert (anywhere) - the Molten Chocolate Cake. A very big thumbs-up there.

  With over 70,000,000+ views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback. If you have a CAA membership, you can get a free limited dessert or a limited appetizer, one or the other, not both. I did notice the portion sizes have gone down. My friends, who eat here often, had to order double fries and extra chicken just to feel satisfied. It’s a bit disappointing, especially since prices have gone up. Even my quarter chicken leg felt quite small. You can refer to the picture. I was told my salad was actually a good size, which surprised me, because apparently that is not always the case. My friends were sharing tips on how to order to get enough food, but honestly, that should not be necessary. If you are paying for a full meal, it should be enough to fill you without having to order extra. Overall, something to keep in mind when ordering. But their food is fresh and tasty. One thing to keep in mind, perhaps the cook can be mindful of the salt. My daughter said that the loaded potato was very salty.

  Had dinner at the Swiss Chalet on Queenston road hamilton ontario our server was Gabbi. She was amazing the service was great she checked up on us to make sure that our food was good and if it was hot. And she made sure that we had extra water. And it was Gabbi that was so sweet that we ordered 1 dessert and she put a extra fork and spoon so that we could share it between the two of us. That was so sweet of Gabbi. I wanted to let Gabbi know that she did a amazing job of taking care of my friend and me thank you Gabbi 💕

  Well, I lost her thing but if you’re reading this know that march 20, 2026. That was her last customer. I went there with the mother of my child and the baby and myself of course beautiful service if I’m correct her name was Megan or Melissa. Point is beautiful service. They enjoyed all the food since I’m just starting to eat as chalet. That was the second time I tried something different from there. I’ll keep trying all their items. I will not complain about on any of the food. It’s all good though some of it’s not my taste but they will still try and still enjoy but the service though great service is beautiful service beautiful people, beautiful atmosphere and very fast fast pace service. She made sure we had water. She made sure we had our drinks she made sure my baby was having fun. Thank you for the toy cars and thank you for the crayons. Sorry for the mess that my baby made A+.
