  it was dark and gloomy getting here, I don’t think I’ve ever had my my head down as like this, me and my friends were all terribly sad with the tribulations of life, and then the waiter Tristan came in as the angel of light who shone his radiance at our poor souls, and instantly brightened our day, and by extension lives. His genius was key in making sure my friend’s food was peanut free at all times, even the water. His attitude and personality left a good impression on me I will never forget, the Kelsey’s across wishes they had such chivalrous knights like Waiter Tristan. I leave this review painted in the luxurious gold of 5 stars, because of his never ending hospitality and kindness, and his daring act of flipping a coin to decide whether my friend get a embarrassing birthday song, which was rather humorous. Waiter Tristan has made his mark like the previous waiter at this establishment Waiter Cody, the service was a bit lengthy but Waiter Tristan was insistent and determined to get me my Iced Tea. He even went so far to give us these free donuts with caramel sauce, truly a valiant act by Waiter Tristan. Overall, it was a amazing experience heightened by the glory of Waiter Tristan’s actions, Will be coming back.

  Food was amazing. Our waiter Zach was amazing. He has great energy and provided me and my brother with some paper and crayons while also informing us that the kitchen may be slow since they have a party. Just the communication all around was amazing. 10/10. Zach is a wonderful person.

  The food was horrible, we ordered on pick up, most of the food was burnt. The fries were so salty, everything was so dry. The sauces were half full, the containers were all half full compared to in person. But the service was good, talking on the phone with a worker, they were nice. Over all never ordering online again. Should’ve order Boston pizza.

  while i understand that we ordered a little close to close (9:20// kitchen closed at 9:45) i called ahead where they picked up and immediately hung up the first time, but picked up and had a lovely interaction the second time. I called ahead and profusely apologized because i accidentally mistook this location for the upper james one (which closes at 11) in which they said that it was alright and they appreciated the heads up cut to: the food. horrible. burnt. half assed. i understand that we ordered late, but working in the food industry, this is to be expected. portions that wouldn’t even sate a five year old (complete waste of take-out containers tbh— coleslaw that fits in the palm of my hand, my poutine without any gravy, chicken that is burnt and dry as hell to the point the batter slips off the chicken?— lettuce added after meal was received)… the list goes on. once again, i’m sorry for ordering so late: honest mistake. it won’t happen again because i won’t be ordering again. SUPER waste of time and money. ordering mountain burger next time..

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE Smaller portions than eat in and for the price, you expect to be given quality service yet, nothing. Burnt spinach dip, rushed portions that do not meet price, burnt chicken burger with no lettuce nor sauce, rushed order. The food is burnt, inedible, and all around bad. That's what we get for ordering Montana's, I guess. I'll order B.P. or Kelsey's next door next time Wait staff were excelent though
