  I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to get a coffee, which is already frustrating for something so simple. When the employee finally came to the window, instead of apologizing, she had an attitude and made a comment like it was my fault for waiting. She mentioned they had to change the creamer, but there was no clear communication during the delay. Before I could even confirm whether my coffee was made correctly (cream/sugar), she abruptly shut the window, said there were cars behind me, and walked away. I had to honk a couple of times just to get someone’s attention, and eventually a manager came to handle the situation. The whole interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is a newer location, but the customer service seriously needs improvement. A little basic courtesy and communication would go a long way.

  I ordered delivery from this McD at night and i had a worst experience here. And driver mentioned that order was not ready yet so they ask him to park at front and come back again, but he responds that he’ll park at Third window, so he doesn’t need to come to drive thru again and waited again for 10 minutes but the lady at window got mad and just canceled the order. It is not that big deal if they hand out order at third window but They really need to fix their attitude, improve their customer service, and serve customers faster, not everytime making customers or drivers waiting at front and then make them come back to drive thru and wait again .Terrible experience!! Not ordering again

  Just down the street from me, very friendly staff and even when it's busy they are very quick with the service. Would definitely recommend coming to this one.

  took nearly 15 minutes for them to make my order which only consisted of a McFlurry. 15!!! and it was dead inside the restaurant. it was messy inside and their were crumbs everywhere. when i finally got it it was not even the right one. definitely will not be going back to this location very disappointing.

  Ordered McDelivery on the McDonalds app to this location, and I was surprised to see a McDonalds here, it seems to have come out of thin air. Overall, everything is great and fresh to order. My only gripes are I requested extra pickles and onions and was only given extra onions. The texture of the apple pie was a litle too jelly-like as well. Also the bag wasn't sealed at the top with craft tape or something, was just left open. Thankfully nothing happened to my food but may be a concern for safety standards.
