  Food quality has suffered significantly over the last three years. Steadily going down the toilet. Never get warm fries. Yes, not even warm. Burgers look like they’ve already been digested. My cola was warm and flat. I’ve heard of franchise owners giving up… but this is next level. I tried this place again recently and it was worse than last time. I specifically asked for fresh fries … and got cold fries. LMAO. Service is questionable. Better first thing in the morning. Terrible from 12:00 onward.

  Poor customer service at McDonald's on Rymal Road. I asked a staff member about my order, but he never got back to me. My number wasn’t on the screen anymore, and I couldn’t hear it being called. Good thing one local staff member eventually helped us, but overall service needs improvement. Food tasted differently after that experience. Appetite gone.

  typical McD. went at 11:30pm on apr 4. some guy named YOUSSEF. Worst guy ive ever dealt with. never asked if i wanted points . wasnt patient at all. didnt listen to my order properly. get this dude off the drive through!!!

  Clean beautiful place. Calming atmosphere. Not a fast food fan but love their nuggets. Can't beat the Chicken Snack Wraps though, they are just enough to hit the spot. Have their coffee fresh is better Than most. Who does'nt like a little Ice Cream Sundae to finish things off. There you have it, the perfect lunch. Try it and Treat yourself. Enjoy!

  If you’re looking to host your kid’s birthday at a McDonald’s in Hamilton, this is it! We celebrated our son’s birthday at the Rymal Rd. location in the first week of March, and honestly? It was a total vibe. Even for a Sunday morning (which was absolute chaos, let’s be real), the team handled the rush like absolute pros. The PlayPlace was the ultimate MVP—the kids were living their best lives while the parents actually got to sit and enjoy warm coffee with fries and burgers. 🏃‍♂️💨 A massive shoutout to our dedicated host, Kashish. She was an absolute gem—so warm and genuinely helpful, making sure everything stayed on track while we navigated the birthday madness. The food was surprisingly fresh for how busy it was. Huge points for being veggie-friendly, too! They customized some veggie wraps for us (minus the mayo) without missing a beat. 🌯✨ Overall, it was a 10/10 memorable morning. Huge thanks to the Rymal Rd. crew for making our boy’s day so special! 🎈🍔
