  Friday April 10 @ 6.30. Both lanes, the individuals taking orders were both snippy and condescending and should be reprimanded.

  What happened to fast food being fast? This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited over 30+ minutes for one cheese burger while I sat and watched the staff make several uber orders. The staff here completely ignored you if you order in the restaurant. Just order your food online and do a mobile pick up, or go somewhere else. I won’t be returning. The Burger King down the street is much better

  Waited forever for our order and while waiting another customer was complaining about their wrap that they messed up by putting chicken on it and telling them that this has been an ongoing issue with them. Finally got out order, came home... the hashbrown was soggy, Mcgriddle was missing the egg and coffees tasted like water. DO BETTER!

  This morning we needed to get the general manager to open the play place for us. We had to ask because they were convinced it was already opened and we used the wrong door. Me and my partner both tried but it wasnt opening so we asked again and they needed to find out how to open it. After the GM opened the room for us without checking it we found it very dirty. When my partner let the General manager know it needed to be cleaned and they mentioned someone comes in at 9 to clean up. A General Manager should be checking an area of the restaurant to make sure its ready to go before sending people in. If you need extra time to clean your facility, open it later, thats fine but that level of dust doesnt build in a single day. If this is how bad it is on the first levels I can't imagine how gross it might be higher up. We will try somewhere else in the future.

  Store is garbage management is garbage they dont care about customers. They always pass the ones onto the delivery company when the delivery company does not do packing or making. Its disgusting attitude behaviour the employees there have no sense they clearly cannot read. They clearly cannot follow instructions. This place is trash
