  If I could give less a one for the service I 💯 would Staff extremely rude The guy on the drive thru speak he mumbled Got my order wrong obviously not listening pulled up to the window no total handed him $ asked if it was enough he never spoke handed me change Drove around again no conversation no eye contact handed bag out the window closed window walked away Unbelievable!! Extremely disappointing

  Over the last year or so this restaurant has significantly declined in their service. They routinely ask drive-thru customers to park to wait for their food, regardless of them being the only one in the drivethru, and regardless of how long it will take for their order to be ready. This is strictly to improve drive through performance times which are measured by sensors. Twice I have waited over 15 minutes for my food, and one of those times I walked inside and learned that my food had been given to a different customer - yet it appears that I was waiting at the window for about 20 seconds. This further gets worse because staff will bring several orders out at once, leaving orders that are ready getting cold while other customer meals are being completed so they can be brought out in bulk. Today, I was the only one in the drive-thru, and the staff member was bringing my food out before I even put my car in park. To be clear, I don't really care that management puts so much performance on drivethru metrics and that staff have figured out a loophole to improve it. I care that there are times when it's appropriate, and far more times that it's not. This is not a safe parkinglot. It's sandwiched between two one-way streets, and is very active with vehicle traffic. The parking spots are across the lot from the door, directly beside the drivethru lane and one of the lanes to the roadway. It's also quite prone to being icy and slushy - I have seen several staff members nearly get hit by cars and slip. It's an incredibly unnecessary health and safety hazard. I realize that this sounds like I visit the drivethru here an unhealthy amount. I'm writing this because I have already submitted it to corporate many months ago and nothing has changed - and I did so to provide some defense to fight for WSIB for any employee who gets injured because of this stupid practice, because it's now negligence. The customer service here has always been shockingly good, but the food service has degraded rapidly. It's time to stop targeting a specific number, because it's no longer valuable and is putting staff at risk while decreasing food quality. I would strongly encourage everyone to decline to park to wait for staff when it doesn't make sense. If their metrics are slipping when accurately measured, that can only be mitigated with adequate staffing levels and training.

  Always forget to add a order of fries Cheese burgers occasionally once I got a bun with cheese and toppings no burger patty.

  I just went to their drive they. I never go to MacDonalds but my grandkids wanted to. I ordered two happy meal with chicken nuggets, a big Mac and fries..$.27. We drove home and realized we got two happy meals with burgers...my kids absolutely hate beef and I got some tiny kids burger with spicy sauce and no fries. The drink order was wrong and now I'm scrambling to make dinner. I will NEVER EVER go to CrapDonalds again! This is the one closest to Gage park in Hamilton. We now can't go to the class they already paid for because they're starving. You guys SUCK!
