- BBBMar 28, 20261.0I ordered a coffee and three burritos and I got zero sauce in the bag. The manager told me to come back and I said I couldn't do it and he can put me in the system for free burritos and he said he's not doing it. I said I was leaving a bad review and he said no problem at all. And hung up the phone on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I only got half of what I paid for it. I'm glad my money can just be gifted to McDonald's and me not get what I've asked for. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will be contacting customer service through McDonald's as well.

I don’t go to mcdonald’s often but I might have to start going here more.
