  Worst Kelseys experience, food I have ever experienced. to start half hour late getting seated for 5 pm reservation. Appetizer were late over cooked and some forgotten. Meal was cold and burger was overcooked with 3 mushrooms on a .mushroom melt burg. That's after I sent it back cause they put no mushrooms on it.

  WORST EXPERIENCE- SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DONT EAT HERE. Very disappointing customer service. We came to eat dinner early to avoid any dinner rush. My husband, myself and 3 kids (aged 7-13) were seated on the barside. The table we were brought to was still dirty, so they had to find us somewhere else. Our server took over 10 minutes to come and greet us and take our order. We noticed our order was taking forever, then our server appeared and informed us they made mine and my sons quesadillas wrong and that they are remaking them. Noone elses food came out in that time....and when it finally did, it was luke warm at best. We asked for refills multiple times and never got them. Our original server said the manager was supposed to come talk to us, but they never did. Then our OG server disappeared and someone else took over after my husband flagged them down. We were not pleased at all with our service, and Kelseys did not appear to care or even make an effort to apologize. We thought maybe when the bill came there would be some discount for the mistakes made on the 2 orders and the extra long wait, but NOTHING. Will not eat here again.

  We’ve been coming here for nearly 2 years and Charlise has been our waitress the whole time she is genuinely the best! Always so friendly, welcoming, and makes us laugh every visit. Her energy and service never miss, and she honestly makes the whole experience better every time. Couldn’t ask for a better waitress absolute credit to the place!”

  We had a nice dinner at Kelsey’s on Queenston Rd. I got the steak and it was perfectly cooked and my wife got the salmon , both entrees were great but our service was excellent , Lex , holly and Char were awesome !! Even their manager Chris I think his name was, stopped by to check on us !!

  My partner and I came for our anniversary it was a Sunday evening I was so looking forward to coming here . As my boyfriend wanted to go to Jack Asters !!! It was later and not super busy !! Service was slow , our appetizer never arrived !!! , our food came my boyfriends was awful !!! He had to send it back , and when it did come it was mediocre at best , !!! I asked for butter for my potato it never came either , I had to ask again , it’s just very sad that a manager didn’t come over and ask if everything was ok ! It just seems that no one cares anymore !!! My steak was med well I asked for medium !! Now after dinner my boyfriend felt sick!!! We used to love coming here , even when it’s been busy we’ve had better service !!! Sadly this will be our last time !!! Won’t be back very disappointing anniversary dinner. When we got home my boyfriend threw up !!! What a waste of $90!!! Very disappointed
