    I went to this taco bell at around 2am. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme combo and upsized the fries to a supreme. There was little to no meat in either. The crunchwrap was mostly just the tortilla and lettuce. the fries supreme had one tiny piece of meat and it was mainly tomatoes.I got my order in the drive thru and then got gas at the gas station, went home and i went back to tacobell once i realized. they replaced the food items but the guy at the window insisted the manager made the food and it wasn’t possible there wasnt much meat but i told him to open the fries box infront of me multiple times because it was untouched and there was no meat but he didnt. he offered to remake the food. The remade fries still didnt have much meat but the new crunchwrap did…so disappointing i had to return and they had no shame. if you’re going to do something, do it right the first time, be proud of what you serve to people.

    Such a bad experience. I went to drive thur on my way to work ordered and then they told to wait 3mins for fries at the front and someone will bring my order. After 5min I go in and there's only one person and he looks surprised and knows nothing of the order being made. There was 4 employees, only 1 working the others joking amongst themselves. He gave me a refund but my time was wasted. Unacceptable.

    We always get crunch wrap supreme and 9 times out of 10 the beef is on one side sour cream on the other, cheese is in big blotch and tonight was unfortunately the usual everything all on one side and nothing on the other. The beef burrito 🌯 is no differ everything at one end not spread out evenly. But it still a little tasty.

    I bought 6 burritos for two people. The total was $27. I ate three burritos. They tasted fine. However, they were flimsy in weight. I was still very hungry after. I appreciate the cost of operating a business. But, this is too expensive. It's bad value. Ten years ago, Taco Bell used to be the best value in the fast food business. Customer service was OK, but not fantastic. I am making a choice not to come back. It's too expensive. I feel ripped off.

    I went through the drive-thru and asked if their beef has gluten in it (I have celiac disease). The employee said she didn’t know. I asked if she could please check, and she came back saying she still didn’t know. When I went to pay, the card machine said “incomplete,” and I asked if it said declined or incomplete. Instead of checking, she insisted, “It’s your card—it’s declined.” I told her that didn’t make sense because my funds were there, and asked if I could come inside to pay. She replied that she’d been using the machine all day, so it must be my card. I parked, went inside, tapped my card once, and it worked instantly. I showed her that it went through, and she still argued that it was my card’s fault. She was rude, dismissive, and made a scene in front of other customers, acting like I was the problem when clearly the issue was with their machine. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. Employees should be better trained to handle customers respectfully and know how to check ingredient or payment issues instead of arguing and giving attitude.
