We went through the drive-through and had to repeat our order multiple times at the window. There were long gaps in between responses over the speaker, no confirmation, no “please pull ahead”—nothing. When we got to the window, there was zero eye contact, zero conversation. The staff member just stuck the payment machine out the window without even acknowledging us. It came across as completely rude. And when we asked for a few extra sauce packets, she looked at us like we were inconveniencing her. Overall, just a disappointing experience and a prime example of how far customer service has fallen.

They gave me all beef burritos. My wife is vegetarian and we had they were gone to waste. Very upset with this location. I couldn't even return because the Uber left. Such a waste. Of money and food.

I called a couple of hours later that same night while we were traveling and explained that the food was squashed, falling apart, and barely edible. They passed me along to three different people, all while I had to repeat the same story. All I wanted was for my food to be corrected, but the female Pakistani manager refused. She demanded that I take pictures and send private information — all over a $10 meal. She needs to be fired immediately because the business will lose customers with that kind of attitude. Instead of arguing, she could have just fixed the mistake and apologized. I encourage all my fellow Hamiltonians to avoid this location. Zero stars — terrible management, at least during the evening. November 1st 2025...
