When I arrived home, I discovered they had given me a quarter chicken dark meat with very little chicken on it. When I called the store to address the issue, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I was told there was “nothing they could do” unless I returned to the store, which was extremely inconvenient. Save yourself the frustration—if you need to place a pickup order, I recommend going to the Rymal location instead. They at least take accountability and will send a corrected order to your home if there’s a mistake.

We had come in for a late dinner and had a portion of the meal to dine in, and then ordered the rest to take home along with additional items for others at home. They were more than accommodating and were able to keep the other food on hold until we were ready for it. Anusha was our server and she was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond for customer service as well. Will definitely be back.
