  We had a great time with dinner at this Swiss Chalet location tonight. We tried their new four cheese spin dip and it did not disappoint! The pierogis, quarter chicken, and lava cakes were great too. The service was also excellent. Our server, Mary, was beyond kind and made sure we always had everything we needed. We always love coming to this location, and can’t wait to come back again!

  Went there at 5:42pm and ordered. I was informed it would probably be an half hour wait. After fifty minute wait they came to us and said it would be another half hour wait. I asked for the manager to say I was leaving because it was unacceptable and she was rude to us and said that she didn’t care if we left cause she has two ovens down and they are busy. Then just walked away from us. I just shook my head and looked at my wife and said never again.

  We had an amazing experience at the Swiss Chalet on Rymal Road, and it was all thanks to our server, Yarah. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had! She was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Our orders were spot-on, drinks were always refilled, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Yarah’s positive attitude and friendly energy truly elevated our entire meal. Service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her — she’s a star! 🌟 Highly recommend asking for Yarah if you’re dining at this location.

  We always have such a great experience at this Swiss Chalet location. The location itself is incredible, and the service is consistently top tier every time we visit. A special shoutout to our server, Yarah. She was absolutely amazing. So friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made our visit even better and made us feel so welcome. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service all around. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

  Our bag was open with my 3yo daughter's donuts missing from our order so she cried. I called the store and they offered to send the donuts to us. I even had my 3 year old thank them for their kindness in fixing the mistake. The donuts never arrived by bedtime an hour later so she cried again. I told her I'd let her have them in the morning. I called the store again after 2 hours with no donuts arriving and they told me they didn't send them because the weather suddenly got bad - funny thing is there was not a drop of snow or rain or ice at all tonight at any time, which I pointed out and they then admitted it was really because they didn't want to send out a driver for just donuts...the donuts that were their suggestion to resend in the first place. I asked for a refund. They said no, they don't do that. I asked to at least remove the driver's tip. They said they can't do that either. They offered me a store credit to shop with them again, but why would I want to order from here again when they intentionally didn't resend the food they offered to resend and didn't even notify me that they changed their mind so my little daughter spent her night standing at the window waiting for her donuts and ended her night in repeated tears, which thanks to the horrible customer service, I now have to deal with again in the morning telling her that they just decided not to send them as they promised. If you can't resend items to fix your mistake, just say so, don't promise my crying 3yo you'll send them and then just decide not to. How heartless. 0/10 for making a small child cry with lies.
