  Millie was fantastic - recommended the pot pie which hit the spot on a cold, windy night. We hadn’t been to Swiss Chalet in a while and so glad we decided to pop in for dinner. I’ll order the pot pie again for sure - the perfect comfort food! I look forward to trying the fish tacos this summer :)

  Good food, GREAT service, so fresh and hot! This Swiss chalet is the best to order from. We love ordering from Swiss and the manager Vanessa is always so friendly and makes sure our food is so good. We have ordered catered food from here, take out and dine in and ALWAYS the food is delicious! 5/5 rotisserie chickens 🐓 ! Again special shout out to the staff and our favourite Manager Vanessa!

  Absolutely AMAZING service!! As someone who has worked in the industry , I have really high expectations.! Claudia provided quick, friendly , accurate service. She was proactive and made the experience great for me and the entire family. We felt very welcome and will definitely be back to see her and the Rymal road crew

  I ordered take out it came from this specific restaurant. The dinner came quickly BUT the fries were little bits and were burnt. Like they were cooked regularly then oh they need an order out so let’s recook these fries. Also they were all little tiny bits. Totally not edible. The bun was normal good chicken was warm which is ok. I won’t be ordering from Swiss chalet ever again cuz it will come from this specific restaurant and I will never go to this for a sit down meal.

  Food was really good — classic Swiss Chalet and everything tasted fresh. I gave the food 4 stars. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable as well. The best part was the service. Our server Katrina was great — very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Definitely 5-star service. Overall a really solid experience and I’d happily come back.
