She said it was my own hair in the food since I opened it at home. She was wearing no hair net either. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there's nothing she can do but let me leave my phone number. I ordered online through their app and my sandwich was made completely wrong. She said they don't have multigrain but the customer ordering while I was there ordered multigrain. My sandwich was cold and soggy. I couldn't even get a refund and that this is my problem and she would not be able to help me. Please be weary coming to this location.

Im shocked the workers say it's the manger saying all of this. What happened? This location use to be my favorite subway now it all changed I hope the manager sees this and learns that they are just scaring customers away. Instead I will be going to Mr sub from now on😔
