First, the veggies were old and the Jess was on her phone from the moment my 7 year old daughter and I came in, while preparing the food and ringing the order. She was so preoccupied with the conversation that my daughter had to repeat her self several times while ordering. When I mentioned to her that she could pause the conversation, she began to speak aggressively saying the it wasn't my business that she's on the phone. I pushed back and she started screaming and swearing with complete disregard that she was seeing a child. What ever happened to decent customer service in this country.

I ordered warp and tortilla was frozen looks like just took it from freezer and started making on it. She was super slow and took long time to make it, I know it was line of customer but the owner should hire more employees if that’s the case. Please check the attached pictures to get idea how the perfectly wrapped tortilla looks like.
