Counter girl looked at me and pointed to the bread area. Said nothing. I was confused by her behavior. Then she, loud and angrily, said "what do you want!" "What bread!". I said hi, sorry, didn't know you were ready to take my order. She said nothing further, then When I was paying, she grabbed a paper cup that had tips written on it, and banged it on the counter, twice. Without saying anything. Then slide the cup across the counter, right to infront of me. I asked if I could have my drink I ordered please? She said "get it yourself ". Pointed to the fridge. And then huffed, and left. Went back behind a wall there, out of sight. The fridge was located in a place where I thought I, as a customer, wasn't supposed to go. I didn't know. Anyways, the worst attitude, and she was banging the cup expecting me to tip her due to her anger issues, and intimidation efforts.

This is very inconvenient and disappointing. If the store plans to close earlier than the posted hours, the timings should be updated online so customers don’t waste their time.”
