They never manage online orders properly — every single time there’s a delay or “system issue.” The staff seem totally relaxed and careless, with no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. When you ask for help, they act rude or uninterested. Zero customer service, zero accountability. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I suggest never go if you have not at least 30 Minutes to west.
