  Terrible customer service. Utterly disrespectful towards customer. Poor hygiene conditions. Veggies were all over the floor. Also, he was using SAME KNIFE for veg and non veg both kind of subs. His claim was that it was busy through out the day and he has been working alone without help. However, it does not give anyone the right to treat others with disrespect.

  This place offers the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you want a positive start to your day, avoid this place, she will ruin your day. The staff is completely unfriendly and unhelpful. She didn’t even smile or say a single word to me. I would give it a -5 out of 5 stars. Avoid this place as much as you can, please! This is the worst subway location in terms of customer service in the entire world, I would say.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked for a little extra crispy onions on my sandwich and the employee responded with pure attitude, saying he “can’t add more” because the owner only allows a certain amount. No apology. No polite explanation. Just rude behavior over something so small. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and never experienced this kind of disrespect before. What’s even worse is the owner’s response to my complaint — not a single proper apology. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave a defensive explanation about “Subway standards” and pricing. If you need to charge extra, just say it clearly and professionally. Don’t treat customers like they’re asking for something unreasonable. Customer service at this location has clearly gone downhill. After this experience and the unprofessional response from management, I will not be returning.

  Went to this store on Sunday....ordered a turkey sub...when I got home noticed the bread wasn't cooked so I went back to get a new one...the girl working said you didn't ask for it toasted..I explained the bread wasn't cooked all the way through...gave me a hassle about it...I left because i had to go to work..the part of sandwhich I did eat was soggy and gross...I used to go here all the time not anymore

  Very poor service, I went around 8:50pm, I placed an online order, I requested to get more crispy onions on my sub but the guy refused and said that he is not allowed to put more garnishes on sub. I have been to this location before as well but nobody behaved like this. The guy was very unprofessional and rude towards me. The management should address this kind of employee’s behaviour towards customers. I would not recommend this location to anybody. They need to train their staff to deal with customers politely.
