I ordered two Veggie Patty subs, and for one of them I clearly requested no lettuce due to an allergy. Despite me standing there and trying to communicate this, the staff member refused to listen, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for the allergy risk involved. When I immediately requested a refund because the order was incorrect, she refused and quoted “policy,” even though I was still at the store and the mistake was on their end. Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This situation caused unnecessary stress and could have resulted in a serious health issue. I am requesting: • A full refund for the order • Assurance that this matter will be addressed • Proper training for staff regarding allergies and customer service I have always been a regular customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
