From the moment we walked in, we were ready to turn around and leave. Despite there being three employees present, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed uninterested in their jobs. Two of the employees were casually chatting while one person struggled to take orders for the three customers in line. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The windows were filthy, and the floor was covered in snow, slush, food crumbs, and wrappers. It was clear that no one had bothered to clean up the mess. The counter where our subs were made was equally disgusting, with food debris and grime suggesting it hadn't been wiped down all day. This Subway location is a far cry from the standards I expect. Do yourself a favour and choose a different Subway or any other restaurant to avoid a similarly unpleasant experience.

At about 1am I watched staff change the garbages with gloves on and then immediately start making sandwich’s, the other employee was wearing her AirPods, on her phone, and on a call all while also making sandwich’s. I recommend you train your staff in food hygiene

When I got up to ask if I can order now they rudely said no we'll let you know when, I waited another 10 and then left. Worse subway ever, should serve customers first.

Peri peri chicken subway is scrumptious with Italian herb n cheese , along with habanero jack cheese slices and the chicken quantity and quality was super. I will always prefer this subway over any other subway branch. I tried one on the king st W too but the quality and quality both lacking the taste. If you want to have a subway go to McMaster one 🫶👍❤️
