  Pretty awful service. No professionalism. Literally just walked in to use the washroom and in the worse tone you can expect from someone who doesn’t see you as a human says washroom for customers only. I asked you don’t have to give me attitude and he just brushed me off. Bald Indian guy with glasses probably around 50. Wouldn’t recommend a place that treats people, not just customers this way.

  With over 60 million views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback. We ordered an assorted selection of subs from Mr. Sub via delivery. Overall, the taste was good. The bread was not stale, and the meat portions were generous. I was looking forward to this meal, as Mr. Sub is usually very good and we did spend a fair amount on the order. The feedback below is shared simply to help with attention to finer details. The lettuce was very minimal, with uneven amounts of peppers and lettuce between subs. I also found a large brown lettuce stem and an oversized piece of pepper. In addition, there were heavy blobs of mayo in some areas, none in others, and the mustard was missing entirely. Photos are included for reference. With a bit more consistency when assembling the subs, this would have been a much better experience.
