Man I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a McDonald's lol but here I am.
Plainly put, the customer service here is by far the rudest customer service at any establishment I've gone to that I can remember.
I guess I might be old school in thinking that it is still cool beans to say hello and thank you to the customer service reps and be met with a hello, thank you , have a good day etc back. To me those are basic manners (no this isn't meant to sound like a language barrier complaint). Should be the first thing taught on day one of training. Friendly service equals happy customers equal good reviews and obviously if a customer is being a jerk that's a different story.
I've also witnessed the manager or maybe it's the supervisor, speaking in a condensending tone several times now to the employees. I'm a pretty realistic person, I get people have bad days but a pattern is a pattern and judging by the rating here, I'm not the only one noticing this poor customer service.
DO NOT EAT HERE !!! Go 1 block over to upper gage. I've tried to give this location a chance becuase its brand new but the quality of food does not reflect that there new...why are the fries so dark and over cooked are you recooking old fries ??? There is another location like 5 minutes away by far way better than this location !!! Been a few times and each time i have been disappointed!!!

You pay money for extras, such as dips etc… you do not receive them even though they are clearly printed on the receipt… my order was 649, the idiot calling out the orders keeps repeating 646, no offense, forgetting things I PAID for and then not even knowing the difference between a 6 and a 9 is terrible. I placed my order Sunday Feb 15 at 6:40 PM. The three women who gave me my dip cup after I drove all the way back there and just said “sorry” should be fired. Also ordering a large fry and receiving a basically empty box of fries is annoying as well. Great new location, please shut down or at least give people what they pay for…

I ordered a pretty big breakfast order for myself and 4 other staff members. We got 4 hot cakes, 4 sausage and English muffins and a couple drinks. You would think it would come with cutlery like their odd, wood fork and knifes, right? But it didn’t, not one of us had a fork of knife to eat with and the best part, not a single maple syrup for any of the four of us😂 the service here is a joke! Start training your staff, this is basically customer service.

Tabatha is by far the worst person I have ever deal with in customer service. She use to work ant the McDonald’s on upper gage and after her yelling and fighting with me in the restaurant I never went back here. That was two years ago. Now she works at the McDonald’s at upper Ottawa so I’ll not go there either. She was yelling and screaming and fighting with me in the restaurant again. It was embarrassing other people in the restaurant was looking. As a person with a disability she made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as well as unwelcome. The service was awful and slow and the food was bad as well. The restaurant was not clean and parking lot was icy I almost fell. Well never go back and will let others know that people with disabilities are not welcome here!
