  Worst meal I have ordered in a long time. The chicken tenders had bones in them. I bought these for my grandson for dinner. Thank god I tried to eat one before giving them to him. The oil also needs to be changed. The chicken is greasy and a dark brown. I will never order from here again.

  The chicken in this KFC has gotten consistently worse over the years. Greasy, soggy. I've been tolerating the crap here for the sole reason that it is walkable from my home. But it's time to nail the coffin. Never ever in my life will I eat here again. And oh, the counter service is equally bad as the food. I spent 20 dollars today on a 6 piece chicken meal. Just dumped the food in the trash after a few bites. Then drove 10 km to Church's Texas Chicken at Upper Ottawa Street, and a hearty, delicious chicken meal.

  Worst chicken.. Chicken was not well cooked, when we opened the box, the outer covering of chicken had seperated from the chicken and was scattered everywhere and was drippy. Also we could not even figure out what piece of chicken it was.. Some random pieces were just fried sloppily and given.. chicken slider was so bland ad tasted like cardboard.. The brownie was crap.. Will never ever order from this place again 🙏

  ordered through the app for pick up, but we changed our minds and decided to cancel when we got to the store. the manager (wearing the red t-shirt) told us they can’t cancel and that we have to call support through the app. tried calling multiple times but the number is always “busy.” we’ve been waiting for almost an hour now for our initial order, and this whole experience has been extremely frustrating and very disappointing. the staff didn’t seem to care or try to offer any kind of help, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. it’s honestly unacceptable to make customers wait this long without any proper assistance or solution. definitely one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

  That was absolutely the worst experience ever only two people working. I was waiting over 25 minutes in line, I was the first one there was nobody in front of me. There was five people waiting for their food off to the side towards the end. There was seven people behind me just disgusting. He didn’t ask me if I wanted something I had to ask him can I place an order now after 25 minutes And said no I cannot. What do you have to do with this location?just to get served then I was told to go use the automated machine which I tried. I wanted the 18 piece bucket five sides and when I tried that on the automated machine, trying to choose what I wanted on my five sides it started charging me extra on the sides for the sides so I told him something is wrong with the automated machine and I’ve used it before. Can I place an order he told me no they’re too busy what is going on? What do you mean you’re too busy just nuts so I left with half the lineup behind me I placed my order at 5:30 wanting to, but he refused to take my order. Absolutely this is disgusting to be treated that way. I’ll never come back here again.
