  I have no complaints about the food. My order was excellent. Unfortunately I found that the dining area was freezing. I could feel cold air coming from the vents. I ended up taking my order out to my car to eat as it was much warmer there than in the dining area. This is not the first time I found it cold. Consider turning up the heat.

  KFC never disappoints! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and full of flavor. I especially love the juicy thighs and the tender white-meat breast pieces — perfectly cooked every time. The seasoning is classic and addictive, and the sides pair really well with the chicken. Service is usually quick and staff are friendly. Great taste, good portions, and totally worth it.

  Everything was cold. They had a large bucket of popcorn chicken under the counter and got mine from there stone cold and dry like cardboard, God knows how old they were. I had a look at the cooking area and it was disgusting. If your thinking about going there DON'T you will regret it I certainly did and I used to love KFC. They seem to be saving money by turning the heat off, it was freezing in there KFC has turned into a joke.

  Stopped in late this evening to pick up some dinner. While my fiancé and I were waiting there was a gentleman who instigated an altercation between himself and the staff. He became angry due to the dining area closing an hour before the restaurant itself. While yelling belligerently towards the staff, they handled it with the utmost professionalism possible. The gentleman proceeded to start an argument with my fiancé until finally giving up and leaving. The lady who dealt with him, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but you dealt with that as best as possible. In no way were you in the wrong! Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you for the great service. We will definitely be coming back!

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness at KFC – 809 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V 4K5. On February 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM, the washroom was in an unacceptable condition, with a dirty toilet, wet and unclean floors, and a visibly unclean mirror. For a food establishment, this is a serious health concern and should not be happening. Management needs to address hygiene and cleaning standards immediately.
