My friend ordered before me which was literally just popcorn chicken, she waited an hour and 20 minutes finally got it while they also forgot her drink. We've seen several people get their orders before us while it isn't even busy. I asked how long and got an "i don't know", while another worker overstayed her break man. Fast food btw if she didn't already pay I would've just left. Atmosphere was fine minus getting harassed by flies. Worker claimed that she called for her order but also said her order didn't show up on the kiosk? basically blaming us, which was 20 minutes after i had asked another worker about how much longer it'll take. Worker said that the kiosk sometimes doesn't order or show properly that's not my problem communicate that with the customer beforehand that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the kiosk but alright. I'm generally a pretty easy going person but this is literally like the first time i've ever written a review, and it had to be said.

Then we were told we couldn't use debit at front counter and once again had to use the kiosk. Then we asked another counter person (indian girl )and she was great and took our order at the counter and we paid debit, so I have no idea what that was all about but finally we got our order.
