We have standing note on our account to bring our food right to the door. We are seniors and have told them not to leave our food outside on the porch or front stairs! Today, they told us 40 minutes, but my daughter found the food on the front porch, and it was already cold, about 30 minutes later! If she hadn’t come in, who knows how long it would have sat there! Just another restaurant to add to the, “don’t eat here anymore”, list! Substandard food, Substandard delivery,(thanks uber), and not so bad phone service. Also, this location uses uber for delivery, but the customer pays for it. A boneless bucket is something like $37.00, but by the time it arrives cold at my home, it costs me $57.00!! I might add, I live fairly close to the restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, but when I got to the window, the staff didn’t even know what my order was. I repeated it, told her I was paying with debit, and she still asked me to pay with cash. After paying, I was told to pull forward and wait for my order. I waited so long that I eventually had to go inside to ask about it. In total, my drive-thru wait time ended up being around 40 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. This location needs to get its service and communication sorted out.
