  Absolutely disappointed in the service I received. After a long week, I was eager to use my gift card to grab my family a fast and tasty dinner. When I presented my gift card to purchase, the cashier at the time (on 02/20/2026 @ ~5:30pm) simply said "oh.... those cards do not work" with no meaningful explanation as to why. She ALSO told me that they declined multiple people with gift cards before - for this same "issue". The "explanation" along with the total disregard to even attempt a manager's second opinion forced me to leave empty handed and try a different location. I then drove to the KFC location at Westcliffe Mall. My first question before I even started ordering is if they take gift cards, and the cashier there had NO issues processing it. In fact, she seemed stunned I even asked such a question. Although I cannot comment on the quality of food at this location, I can strongly advise anyone with a gift card to go to a different KFC because they do not care for your business. Having to add an additional 20 minutes for a simple 5-10 minute dinner pickup has unfortunately forced me to avoid ever going to this particular KFC again.

  Can’t review this location as they told us they don’t accept KFC gift cards?! Are you kidding me?? Absolutely ridiculous.

  No one was in the restaurant or in drive thru- fries tasted old and were cold…. Not even warm. Cold. When we called, no one answered the phone. $31 for two 3 pieces tender meal. Ridiculous. KFC used to decent at least….. now it’s not worth the time or money. The staff were not great either. KFC - Upper James Sunday January 25th
