  Ordered a 10 pieces bucket with 3 sides and salad never came. It a shame when you call and are told to come to store for the item. Tim Miles the manager should train employees to expedite orders properly to ensure the order goes out correct. Why use uber to deliver? They just leave the food at door step no call text or even ring the doorbell. Food was cold when I saw it. Horrible service and if you go into the store the wait is long

  They have ONE vegetarian option and it has been pulled from the menu for weeks without notice. Yet it is still advertised everywhere, including their in-store menus, Skip, and other delivery apps, like it actually exists. That is not just lazy, it is misleading. It shows zero respect for vegetarians and vegans. No alternatives, no transparency, and no way to know the only meat-free item is not available unless you personally call the store. For a major chain, that level of disregard is embarrassing and insulting.

  I placed an order on uber eats for a 6 piece original recipe chicken bucket and 2 large sides, ended up receiving chicken tenders instead. I’m very disappointed, and I did not get my money’s worth or a refund.

  Always love coming here! The food is fresh, crispy, and served hot every time. Staff are friendly and quick, Great service and tasty chicken zingers as always! 🍗👏
