I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC location. After paying for my order, the cashier refused to give me my change because their manager hadn’t come with the key for their POS system. I tried to explain that this was bad service and that my kids and I were hungry, but instead of helping, the staff member went and hid in the back for about five minutes.
When my uncle came inside to check what was taking so long, the same employee called him old and told him to go through the drive-thru instead. That kind of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
We’ve always liked KFC, but this visit was honestly frustrating and upsetting. I hope management looks into how their staff are treating customers and fixes these issues.

Ordered a twister combo. Only 1 tiny tender was in the wrap. The fries were half empty and stale/old. Also the pop tasted like it was mixed with dirty tap water. Complete waste of money and I feel ripped off. Any good review here has to be fake because this place absolutely sucks

WOW!! What an awful experience!! After trying to communicate with the server through the drive thru for 10 minutes, they still managed to get the whole order wrong. I even asked if it was correct as they handed me the food, went through the check list and they said all was good......WRONG WRONG WRONG! Then I call to complain and im told I should be patient since they are training, that its not their fault my order was wrong......Who's fault is it!? Getting sick like everyone else paying good money and not getting what we pay for. Now I need to drive all the way back if I want them to fix their mistakes. This might be ok if you lived close but when you just stop to grab a quick bite while on a road trip, its not that easy. I will be making a call to head office......Completely unprofessional inconsiderate and rude demeanor presented by the shift supervisor and staff!!
