    This is actually a really nice KFC! Chicken was fresh and delicious, my entire family loves the fries and gravy, I'm a fan and have been since I was a kid. Still the kings of fried chicken!

    When you order items and they consistently leave out several items that youve paid for, and this happens all the time, it no longer becomes a mistake that simply gets corrected by writing my name down in some useless book, when it happens all the time it's theft, meaning this place steals from their customers

    Ordered zinger burger. The chicken tasted very soggy. Burger was put together horribly and tasted low quality. Church’s or Popeyes offer much better burgers.

    I am not pleased with this location at all. We will not be going back to this location ever. Ordered a 25 piece bucket meal, extra gravy and large popcorn chicken to have at my daughter's birthday celebration, picked up the order, got home and emptied the 2 bags and didn't receive the extra gravy and large popcorn chicken. When I called them to let them know, he insisted it was in the bag, he told me to check the bag again, I told him that I have everything that was in the bag on the table and those 2 items are missing. He didn't want to take any responsibility on his mistake, he kept insisting it was in the bag and that he packed it himself, after repeatedly telling him it wasn't in the bags and that I had paid for it and how my daughter really wanted the popcorn chicken and was the reason we ordered KFC in the first place. He finally said we could come back and get it so she wasn't even able to eat with everyone else because my hubby had to go all the way back and get it. When he went back he only received a little box of popcorn chicken that I paid 15.99 for, no dipping sauce. Not happy at all considering I paid through the app, and didn't receive my full order. It was not cheap and very unprofessional. I would advise people to not go to this location. They're awful and do not care about their customers.
