  Visited and the soda fountain wasnt clean i decided to get the orange crush pop and boy i was disappointed all kind of black stuff was mixed inside of it please check your pops inside your cup. Not happy customer

  Unbelievable behavior by the manager it's no wonder this restaurant has a 3 star rating. My sister picked up food tonight for a group of us and spent close to $60. When she ordered at the Dt she asked for no mayonnaise on one of the sandwiches as my nephew has an allergy to eggs. We get pulled forward to wait and realize that our drinks have ice When we asked for no ice (not a big deal) Food gets brought out and we head home to eat. Passing out everyone's food and the sandwich that was suppose to have no mayo does. My sister calls to let the restaurant know and that we need a new sandwich. The manager said she would talk to the staff and would record it for a later date. At no point did she ask for the original sandwich back, otherwise I would have driven it over myself. My other nephew was and we told the manager that he would swing by to get a sandwich without mayo. Once again, at no point were we told they wanted the other crunch back! Noah (Other Nephew) shows up to the KFC and is basically berated by the staff so he calls us. My sister calls back and what a joke! Manager proceeds to imply she was just looking for free food and that she never said she was going to replace the sandwich. Says she spoke to the staff and that we were lying, and never asked for no mayo (like what?) So sister says she will be calling customer service as this was a bit much and the manager says "Go ahead. When they call us we will let them know we did nothing wrong" Atrocious customer service.

  I went to this KFC location at 10pm and was very disappointed with my experience. The chicken was excessively salty, and the coleslaw tasted bitter. The staff was rude and could barely understand English. I told her I wanted fried chicken, and she said, “There’s no fried chicken, we only have Original Recipe.” What the heck? A fried chicken restaurant with no fried chicken? What kind of restaurant is that supposed to be? I also ordered a Coke, and she didn’t give me the drink until I noticed it when I was already far from the restaurant. She didn’t give me a receipt either. Even if she’s from a different culture and doesn’t know much English, she should still be respectful and nice to customers.
