- MMMarianaNov 15, 20252.0I used to love five guys. The hamburgers, the fries, all of it used to be delicious and freshly made. This last time however seems like all of it has changed. The fries were so hard and starchy, they felt old and/or stale. Are they not freshly mare anymore? I remember all the potato bags at the front of the store. They used to cut them and make them on the spot. I kindly asked for my fries to be re-done, which they did redo, however the fries tasted and felt the same. To say the least it was disappointing and left me saddened that the quality isn’t as good as it once was.

My only issue with 5 guys is it's just more of a treat than something consistent because the value just isn't there which is why this gets 4 stars from me.
