First after placing my mobile order I tried calling the restaurant 3 times to modify my order as the app does not allow me to tell the restaurant that I want my burgers cooked well done. Nobody answers. So by the time I arrived burgers already in the bag. I added a regular fries to the order when I got to the restaurant and paid cash. I got the absolute smallest order of fries for $6. Not the usual over filled scoops Five Guys has always been known for. Definitely not worth $6 for 20 or 25 fries. Taking this place off my list. Service is zero.

You know when you fry up onions and you’re an idiot and you leave the skin on what that taste like chewing down on plastic hard pieces almost choking pulling them out of my mouth. It was disgusting. We had to throw everything away. The fries are really good though what was our first time in last time this location is horrible who does that very disappointed? I’ve never gone through anything like that before horrible!!!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
