  A bit disappointed with this location. Took awhile to be seated with staff walking by not acknowledging us, restaurant wasnt busy. Sat down to a booth and went to put my purse on the window sill and it was filthy. Food was decent, once we ordered the food arrived quickly. Server was friendly.

  We had not dined at East Side Mario’s in quite some time and were genuinely looking forward to our visit. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. and were seated within five minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. Our server was courteous and took our drink orders promptly; however, it took approximately 15 minutes for the beverages to arrive. In the meantime, our soup and salad were delivered before our drinks, which was disappointing. We chose not to order an appetizer, as the entrées are typically filling. The salad was heavily overdressed, which is not usually an issue for me since I don’t finish it entirely. My husband’s tomato soup, however, was excellent and the only positive highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, from the time we received our soup and salad, it took an additional hour for our entrées to arrive. For a table of two with no appetizers, this wait time was excessive. We ordered the veal parmesan and the fettuccine Americana. Having over 20 years of experience working in kitchens myself, I understand restaurant operations and preparation practices, including pre-cooked and portioned pasta to reduce ticket times. When our food finally arrived, the veal was overcooked and chewy, and the vegetables in the fettuccine Americana were undercooked and crunchy. It appeared the kitchen may have been short-staffed, possibly with only two cooks working. If this was the case, a courtesy notice to guests would have been appreciated. Even so, this is not a fine-dining establishment, and a 1.5-hour service time for a table of two is unacceptable. Overall, the excessive wait time and disappointing food quality made this visit very underwhelming and not reflective of what we had hoped for.

  Came in lastnight. Amazing service "bi"a young male with died blond hair. He was fantastic.... See what I did there haha. All honesty service was top notch. Food was as expected for a chain. I've gotten this dish before sod my wife's was clearly bigger lolol. They changed the dressing for the ceaser which is a shame. Overall 4.5 stars. Server was amazing .Would higky recommend this location and server. One thing they told me 30 mins... I said what do I do? Do I just come back, it's so packed in here and still more people are coming. She said yes just come backin 39 mins. I said can you text me when my tables ready she said no. I said buzzer? She said no. We decided to stay in the congested room and our table was ready in under 10 mins. Edit. I don't know if it was this place but I've been sick since about 8 hrs after eating here. Still sick two days later. I don't know

  Great service and food. We are very pleased with this restaurant. Johnny F was a fantastic server. He was super aware of his surroundings and paid attention to every request and detail.

  Had a wonderful time. We had a fantastic waitress who was busy but still managed to do a amazing job. I wish I remembered her name, she was working in the area off of the bar.
