Today I needed to pick up some things for a birthday and Alison was so polite and helpful. Its nice to see some people still have pride in their work and offer great customer service. Will definitely return.

I wanted to buy a small heart DQ blizzard cake for valentines day which was $20 at this location last year. They wanted $35 for it. THAT'S RIGHT, 35 DOLLARS! Every other location in Hamilton has this cake priced at $19.99 except this franchise. DO NOT buy from this place.

From the moment we walked in, Abbey was so welcoming and kind. She was patient while we looked over the menu and made a great blizzard. SHOUT OUT DQ!
