Its a nice resturant but all the workers are very rude it takes atleast 10 to 15 minutes for a meal even when its not busy and your the only customer they just sit and constantly talk bad about people that walk in i like burger king i like sitting in there and eating the foods great but sometimes at this one its rock hard or there missing food they dont listen they are very rude and bad attitude they will hang up on you if you call them in the middle of talking they need new workers its a great spot for a burger king but please hire new good workers the manager guy with glasses and is short he is always coughing on the food i was so mad cus its disgusting he never covers his mouth and he will go over to the table where they make the food and he will cough purposley everywhere without covering his mouth ive seen him do this multiple times everytime i come in and he will laugh about it when you confront him head office needs to fix this the workers should be nicer i have so much more to say but i like burger king i dont want it closed id just rather them put better workers and all the other burger kings are far so if i want burger king this is my closest option

My husband stopped by Burger King at 210 Centennial Parkway North at 9:31 PM and had a very disappointing experience. When ordering at the drive-thru, the automated system asked if he was collecting or using Crowns. He answered “yes” and mentioned that he also had a coupon to go with it. After that, a staff member took over the order.
When he reached the window—before paying—he again confirmed that he had a Crowns code and a coupon, and explained what the coupon was for. There seemed to be confusion, and two more employees came over to assist. Then an older employee appeared and told him he should have mentioned he was using a Crowns code before ordering. He explained that he did, but she was rude and dismissive, insisting that he hadn’t. When he tried to clarify, she interrupted him while he was responding, pointed to her headset, and said, “I can hear you making your order—you didn’t say that.” As he tried to continue explaining and ask questions, she walked away.
He remained polite throughout the entire interaction. To make matters worse, his order was wrong. We’ve always liked this location, so it’s really disappointing to see the level of service drop so much. Hopefully management can address this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Absolutely useless. I don’t know if they can’t understand English or if they’re just incompetent. Whatever you’re paying them, pay them less cause it’s way too much. Can’t even get an order right. Food in the garbage. Waste of money.
