Rather than make a fresh sandwich they removed the condiments that I did not want and gave me back the same sandwich.

They stood around talking instead of serving customers and clearly treated people differently based on how they looked or spoke. They didn’t even stand up to take orders, showed no basic manners, and made the experience frustrating and disrespectful. This is completely unacceptable. I hope the manager sees this and fixes the way staff are trained and supervised.
- SBShannon BeattieDec 7, 20251.0Got 2 Sponge Bob meals but the buns we got was normal whopper buns and the Sundays did not have the candy crunch topping on them so basically we got 2 whopper meals instead and they didn't tell us ahead of ordering so this was a big disappointment for our family 😔 also the trays they put our food on was dirty and greasy and when I tried to call the restaurant after we left the phone doesn't take messages it goes straight to saying the voice mail is not set up by the customer this is terrible customer service and I will tell all my friends and family to never come to this restaurant do better Burger King it's not that hard
