  We went here to celebrate a birthday. The food was good and we were seated promptly. Our server Liam was fantastic. He was on top of everything, consistent with our soup, salad and drinks, every dish was accurate and our bills were all 100% accurate. Even with multiple people sitting in multiple places. Liam was personable, funny and professional.

  Really disappointed in my order tonight. I used to love East Side Mario’s. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and the gnocchi fitti. My mozzarella sticks didn’t even get placed in the bag and my $10 gnocchi portion was very small and underwhelming. I could have thrown some salt on stale bread and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I ended up giving it to my dogs because it just wasn’t edible. :( My partner got pasta which was also a very tiny portion. Will not be ordering or eating in again.

  I'll give the service three stars because the order was correct. We ordered take out and picked it up ourselves. The portions are a lot smaller than last time I was in the restaurant. The food was not good. The chicken parm was hard and rubbery. The chicken had a really weird texture. The Cheese Cappalletti is tasteless. The Potato Bacon soup was good but I don't think it had actual bacon in it. Was an ok potato soup with essence of bacon. The Garlic bread had no garlic. The mozzarella sticks were also hard and flavorless. My husband says his chicken was also hard and rubbery. Not worth the $76 we paid for this.

  went there for my friends birthday, yesterday. april 8th. we had a reservation for 7:30pm. a few of us we showed up early, waiting on the birthday girl. we were sat, but we were not approached, for over 40 minutes. we did not get drinks until around 8:40pm. there was a few tables, but they were not busy. we did not get our food until around/after 9:30pm. we had the “buy one take one home” deal, for 3/4 people at the table. we asked for the bill, paid, and waited another 25 minutes for our takeout pasta. i had to ask our server, where it was. it’s pre-prepped in the fridge, cold, so you can heat it up when you’re at home. she just forgot. they were already closed, and waiting for us to leave, while we were waiting on our food, so we could leave! very disappointed. the birthday girl ordered one last vodka cran, it took 30 minutes to get. we were the only table in there at that point. i’m just so confused how the service sucked so bad. at least she had a good attitude though? i guess….

  Went here on Monday with my girlfriend. The staff was so friendly and our server Amanda was great. Even though the place was extremely busy she still took our orders and gave us our food and drinks in a quick and timely manner and was super nice and respectful. 5/5 server. We got the breadsticks, caesar and garden salads, tomato soup, hero chicken parmesan sandwich and the spicy sausage penne. Everything tasted great. Recommend East Side Mario’s.
