  I picked this up myself, waited alone in the lobby for 6-7 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. My passengers held the bags till we got home to the saddest east sides dinner. Description left my sandwich half a bun and 2 meatballs short, the chicken Parm was so hard I was able to eat maybe 50% of the center.... The garlic tomato soup was the only thing enjoyed. I complained via email explaining how I felt mislead and ripped off only to be ignored. I'll find somewhere to eat that's at least honest about their portion sizes.

  Another visit to this location . Sydney was a great greeter/ waitress . Food was great. Took some home. Atmosphere is good . Just 1 thing ... owners /managers were having a meeting right next to our table in the bar area . If you are having a meeting that we can listen too , it should be done in an office . Or at least come over and introduce yourselves and let us tell about our experience. Just saying

  We came in tonight with our two kids (2 and 4 years old), they’re generally very happy but our youngest was inconsolable until we got our meals. Angela noticed we were trying to enjoy our food and asked if she could take our son for a little exploring — he is not usually comfortable with strangers but he took her by the hand and was so happy to be with her. She made our stay so much more enjoyable, we are so grateful for her kind heart! She surely made our day. Thank you to her and Andria for her great service. Our favourite go-to! Lovely staff, food, and atmosphere.

  our server ashley was very very kind, she had an amazing sense of humour and joked with us, as well as talked to me about the books i’m currently reading when she had the time. in addition, the food was amazing, i’ve never had a bad experience at east sides. atmosphere only loses one star for where our table was, which isn’t the restaurant or ashley’s fault. thank you again for a lovely dinner with my mom <3

  East side Mario’s is one of my fave restaurants so it pains me to do a negative review of one. We went to celebrate my mom’s 94th birthday. First they started out taking us to a table that the manager said was not available and to apologize they Got us a table and crammed 5 people into a table of 4. Then put a family of 8 at the table next to us. This meant that every time a child from the table of 8 needed to pee, one member at our table had to get up which was at least 4 times. My one son and I had wedding soup and let’s just say it tasted like pasta water. None of the traditional flavours of wedding soup were there. I maybe had 6 meatballs and my son got 2-3 and I had 2 pieces of pasta in mine. We have had wedding soup elsewhere and never had such flavourless soup before. Then we had our plates come out 2 at a time and one son had to wait several minutes before his came out. Then his was so hot he burned his mouth. For the most part the entrees were good. The waiter was the bright spot of the meal as he did his best for us. And they did give my mom a treat by singing to her. She loved that part.
