It turns out they didn’t include onion rings (as the Roadhouse King burger should have). Instead, they replaced them with an excessive amount of cooked onions — far more than what the pictures show. I first tried calling the restaurant but got no response, so I decided to go in person. I explained the situation respectfully and even apologized at first, but the staff member I spoke to was rude. She told me they were out of onion rings and that this is what they do when that happens, and that for a refund I would have to contact Uber. I did receive a refund, but the situation could have been handled much better if they had offered an alternative or treated me respectfully. Definitely won’t be ordering again
