  One of the worst burger king Ive been to. I usually get delivery. And every time I order from this franchise there’s always something wrong with the order. They just send you random bullshit. Ordered melts got cheeseburgers, ordered a breakfast sandwich got fries instead and so many more incidents. Save yourself and go to a different location✌️

  Check your order before you leave. I ordered and payed for a double whopper with no pickles or ketchup. Received a regular whopper with pickles, ketchup, and extra onions. They need to pay attention when customers are ordering.

  I placed a delivery order through the Burger King app, but my order didn’t go through the first time. I tried again, and it still didn’t go through. Then I received an email saying the order had been placed, so I waited for tracking information in the app, but nothing showed up. I checked my email again and saw that the order had actually been canceled within the same minute it was placed. When I checked my bank account, I noticed that I had still been charged. I spent over two hours trying to resolve this through customer support via email because the in-app support is just an AI with automated responses that couldn’t handle my situation. After those two hours, a customer service representative finally informed me via email that the initial charge had been refunded. I had not seen the refund myself beforehand—this was only communicated to me by the representative. Since I still wanted food, I placed the order again. This time, I received a confirmation email and was charged again, but once again, I didn’t receive any tracking information. When I checked my email, I saw that the order had been canceled again. I contacted support again via email, but it has now been over an hour and I still haven’t received a response. Overall, there seems to be something seriously wrong with the app, especially at this location. When I tried calling the store, the number listed online was either not in service or no one answered. If you’re planning to order Burger King for delivery, I would recommend avoiding the app. Instead, consider using services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or SkipTheDishes.

  For this store being realitively new, it was filthy and food all over the tables. I asked for a double whopper with extra bacon and cheese and I got it cold with no extras and soggy dark looking fries. It's a shame as this is nice and close to home but not worth the over 20 dollars I spent on a meal that I threw half of it out. There's way better options in the area.

  Visited the new restaurant in the Barton centre in Hamilton Ont. Firstly didn't get what I ordered. Drink station was not clean nor was the dining room....looked like feces on seating,window sills dirty. Tables dirty. Mat at drink station wasn't flat I tripped on it mentioned it to counter person they laughed!!! I called another restaurant spoke to the manager. I was told that someone from head office would contact me. That was 3 weeks ago. So disappointing!! BK is my go to but this experience is really changing my mind
