  Gross food , horrible staff , rude , wait was terrible and the food was cold.. this used to be my favorite place in this mall to grab a bite but its really gone down hill the last year

  The food in this location is fresh and so delicious. The people are very happy and they treat you like q family. The service is fast and staff are very attentive. Great restaurant experience. Keep it up☺️

  I had an amazing experience at Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The roast beef sandwich was perfectly made and tasted great, and the curly fries were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly, quick, and very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Definitely one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had. I will absolutely be coming back again!

  The cashier and servers are very cheerful and friendly to us customers and the place if very well maintained also the portions of their food is very much alike on how they advertise it! Will visit again! ❤️

  I came in yesterday around maybe 4:30 and ordered my food, there were a few people ahead of me. After they got there food, other people also ordered and got theirs before mine. I waited almost 35 minutes for a single meal because they forgot about me. They ended up offering a free drink for compensation, but this is still kind of crazy to forget about a customer because you were chatting to your coworkers.
