Unfortunately, the staff was rude while taking the order, and the lady who served it was extremely unprofessional. There was a complete lack of basic customer service and respect. For a premium outlet location, this level of service is unacceptable. Staff should be trained to communicate politely and handle customer requests properly—especially when it comes to dietary preferences. Overall, very disappointed. Would not recommend based on this experience.
