- AKArathy krishnanDec 23, 20251.0Terrible customer service at this location! The staff ( forgot to ask her name) who helped us at the counter today on Dec 23, 2025 was extremely disrespectful. The staff did not ask us if we were a member and us like another person being customers of various brands or stores did not recall that we had a membership until we almost completed the payment. Instead of acknowledging the fact that it was a miss from their end too to ask us about it, the staff made it seem as though it was our fault by quoting examples of scanning at self checkout counters for membership but what she failed to understand is that even at such places the kiosk does ask about the membership details explicitly and itβs not something we need to remember and ask for!! This effectively caused us to lose out on a huge amount to be added to the loyalty program which would have covered our next big purchase at a Lindt store coz no money comes for free!Worst customer experience ever at a Lindt store!!
