This is one of our favorite shops at the Premium Outlet. They always give us free chocolate when we visit! We also often find new types of Lindt chocolates here.

For Swiss chocolate lovers. The variety is extensive and lots to choose from. The prices are little expensive but in return you get the best of Swiss chocolates all under one roof. The staff is very friendly and guide you to get the best deal possible. A must visit if you have a sweet tooth.

Terrible staff attitude and customer service. (Worth a Read) . Staff - JESSICA accused me of trying to steal A lindt chocolate... yes just one🤣 as I walked in as a first timer, no one greeted me and my family in or cared to share the promotion. With no idea of how things work there, I saw a bunch of people trying out the chocolates ( so I thought this is where you test them before buying) . I went ahead and bought a box of 100 pieces without trying any of them. As I was leaving I came across the Pumpkin Chocolate ( new product) and was curious to see how it tasted.
That is when JESSICA who was right there saw me taking it and giving it a try. Before accusing me of stealing & told me to pay for it. Unbelievable attitude with that to say the least. If what she says was true, that they give out testers... where on earth were they?? Was never offered a tester and none of the staff seemed to care for customer experience. No one cared to bring out a tester at that point even... what a joke.
No sorry no explanation just pure careless attitude. Feel bad for the store owner as they could be doing a much better job in racking up the sales.
Spend over 80$ to get treated like garage over 1$. Not going to play any race card here, with just common sense this should have been dealt with better.
If no action or response is made to this review. I will personally show up to this location as well as reach out to the upper management on this matter.
And additionally make this a social media post. Trust me you dont want that.

Lindt Chocolate: Sweet Treats, Bitter Service
I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit here. I tried one piece of chocolate—just one—and was immediately stopped by a staff member named Jessica. She said “you cannot try it,” in an extremely rude way that felt accusatory and unnecessarily confrontational. I said I didn’t know as we saw others sampling and offered to pay for the piece on the spot (and I did), but the way it was handled made me feel singled out and unwelcome.
What really bothered me was that, at the same time, there were several other customers—especially in larger groups—freely sampling chocolates without being stopped or questioned. When this was brought up, Jessica simply said, “I didn’t see them,” which felt like a convenient excuse rather than a fair application of policy. It left me wondering why I was the one singled out.
We were a small group of three and had already bought a large box of 100 chocolates, so we were clearly paying customers—not people trying to take advantage of free samples. The whole interaction felt targeted and uncomfortable. It gives the wrong impression that sampling is fine for some people but not for others.
If there’s a strict policy against sampling, then it should be clearly communicated and applied equally to everyone. Otherwise, it just feels discriminatory and unprofessional. This experience really soured what was supposed to be a nice visit.
