Their kiosks are problematic to use and didn't register half the time I was tapping on menu items. It's hard to find certain foods on the kiosk menu. The kiosk completely failed to send my order to the kitchen, so I had to download a PDF receipt in order to show them my order. Then came the provisioning of my order, this was equally as bad. I ordered a bucket sized popcorn chicken, but when the person from the kitchen brought out my order she identified it as a "large", not as a "bucket" as I had ordered, so immediately I questioned if it was what I ordered and clarified that I had ordered the bucket popcorn chicken, to which she replied "Yes, this is the large." I tried for a couple of minutes to get her to understand that I didn't order the large, but I ordered the larger bucket, but every time she kept referring to it as the large. The menu differentiated between "small", "large", and "bucket". I asked for the manager and talked with her, to which she tells me that sometimes they put the large orders in to the bucket sized container, which again raised concerns for me - how do I know that they didn't short change me in my order? Answer: I don't, because they aren't actually using the correct words, and may even be using the wrong container sizes for what you're ordering. She didn't understand that using the correct words for the description of the sizes is important. I eventually gave up and left. I will never go to this store again. I'll take the 15 minute drive to the next nearest store rather than deal with this store again.
