- KRkim riceJan 30, 20262.0I ordered 10 pieces chicken and big crunch combo when I went to pay they said it would take 25 minutes I could not wait so I asked how many pieces they had they said they had 5 and would only charge me for 4 peice I said ok and then I asked for a small gravy I got the chicken the gravy and sandwich I had to ask for pop again because they didn't give it and then I said where is the fries they said I didn't pay I just got the sandwich so they asked if I wanted to pay for the fries I said no .so basically when they re type my order they put it in wrong not my fault they should of gave me the combo I asked for in the first place it not my fault they made the mistake I don't normally give bad reviews but not good service today it was a girl but other wise she was friendly just forgot my order and didn't read my order back to me at window.
