    Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while shopping on Saturday Jan 31 , approx 2:24pm and although the food was great, not sure about the young female working there. I wasn’t very hungry and ordered the Poco Bowl, and although she made it clear that deal only included regular toppings (I wasn’t very hungry fine with that)…. She began to prepare the bowl and just starting adding the rice, beans, cheese (can’t eat cheese!), chicken (apparently that was the ONLY protein you could choose for this?!) and ALL the toppings without even asking me … she was going so fast , without even hearing me that when she picked up the sauce I had to abruptly and loudly tell her I didn’t want any sauce. Her reaction was quite rude. My male friend ordered a small burrito first and was treated very differently . And to add … the garbage was overflowing and she apparently was just standing in the back … it was t busy at all (we were the only ones there). Anyways, wanted to share this for the franchise owner or manager as I would want to know if I were them. Maybe this individual needs more training?

    Rice is watered down, flavorless Actually all the elements taste weak. Needs more seasoning, or at least salt. Chips were tasty tho Employees were kind and helpful.

    Ordered a single taco for dine in. It was cold by the time I sat down 1.5 minutes later. The meal came in a paper tray with a thick plastic lid. Why do I need a lid if I am eating in? The amount of single use plastic was unacceptable. Had I noticed before the lid was snapped on I would have refused the lid. Common sense required by the staff as I am sure the company would not be wasting lids.

    Today I visited the store and tried the fries and quesadilla. The food was fresh,hot and really delicious 😋. Navdeep prepared our order with care,and she was very polite and helpful throughout.I really appreciated the friendly service and quality of food Definitely a place worth visiting again!
