  Genuinely a pretty horrible experience. Young woman at the cash was rude and uninterested, the food was borderline inedible and for the price I’m pretty disappointed. Fries were salty beyond belief, like, I love salt and even drenched in sauce they were inedible. The chicken was warm at best and soggy, but I’ll take the blame for that partially due to the order being takeout. The final straw was the fact that I ordered 1/2 original hot and 1/2 honey garlic and received garlic parm instead which I cannot stand flavour wise. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, which is a bummer as I went last year and it was a great experience. Sucks to see how management and service has gone downhill since then, but I guess I should’ve assumed based on the completely empty lobby on a Friday night.

  Food is great and customer service is even better. I personally believe that being nice to customers no matter from what background they may be from goes along way. There was an individual who was down on his luck and we offered him a bite to eat as well. He also would give this place a 5 star.

  When i tried to order for delivery I was told we don't do on call orders. Given attitude about it. If I'm ordering delivery I would like to order direct from the restaurant without extra service charges because they don't want to employ there own drivers and dont want to tip until I see what the delivery service is like. TIP stands for To Insure Proper Service, how can I tip on a service I haven't received? Horrible customer service.

  Wingstop I think you guys need to stop lying to your customers and letting people know that you switch suppliers and the wings are smaller than you advertise. I purchase this over another Wing spot locally because we wanted the jumbo wings. Upon arrival I see these mini wings. I should have read the reviews, but I decided to give it a try. Franchises are either changing who they're purchasing it from or you guys need to change this concept. I called the location to tell them about my concerns and was advised that they recently changed chicken suppliers. That being said, making them smaller and still charging the same amount is horrible. Or let your customers know at least that you've changed suppliers. Edit add-on off your meal was completed Everybody save your money. These wings are no hype. One of the worst that I've ever had. Could have just ordered pizza and wings from the local pizza store. When you count by the number of wings that you receive, I think they should consider a little wing as a half and not a full. If I could leave more negativity about the product itself I would. And just so you know, this whole meal was $120. That's a lot of money wasted on false advertising

  Staff is lovely. Manager Sarah is rude and unhelpful. The street outside is always littered in their garbage and throw up from students leaving the bars. A fight broke out in front of the window between two students while I was there. The wings are pretty mediocre too. Way Better (and cheaper) at the local pubs.
